Timeok Biography
timeok - this name stands for trance, influenced with progressive, techno and breaks. starting 1992 under the name djspok he got famous in central switzerland as acid and techno dj. very soon he found his true love in trance music: emotional, big room, hands in the air, fly away trance that is loved all over the world.
events
in the beginning there were only a few small parties timeok played, but as time went by, he soon got the chance to play at more famous places. since 1998 he has been a regular for the annual streetparade. then also played at events like the mainstation in zurich, white wolf event series, explosion events and the mind revolution events. this was also the time when he had his first appearances abroad. he played in germany as well as in spain. and since november 2002 timeok played as a resident dj at switzerland’s most famous trance club: the oxa. more bookings followed step by step: before time 3 (regina, canada), indax club (frankfurt, germany), klangfarben (club in the city, offenburg, germany), planet angel (club hidden, london, uk) just to name a few. he also had own radioshows on tranceairwaves as well as di.fm and was often invited for guetsmixes on other radioshows (with talla 2xlc on sunshine live). he just loves to play his music and you can sure feel this in his sets!
producing
in 2003 it was time to release his own music and ideas. together with andy prinz, owner of offshore music, he released two tracks on uk's above the sky label: "sparkling temptation" and "seven floating ways". both tracks soon found their way into famous djs' plalists (armin van buuren on asot 139, rank1, lange, marco v., graham gold, john askew... to name a few). besides the vinyl releases, he was asked in 2004 to mix the "world in motion vol. 1" cd compilation. another milestone in his career.
after a long break with no new track, 2010 seems to be the restart. a new remix of "seven floating ways"was released on phoenix recordings and new tracks will follow soon...
